Disarmonia Mundi - Fragments of D-Generation
Scarlet ( 2004 )
Well what can I say, another Scarlet band that just blows my mind... and as if they needed to anything to boost them up even higher, how about Bjorn 'Speed' Strid doing guest vocals on the album? This album rocks from start to finish... and everytime I play it, I'm happily singing/humming/headbanging along. It's definitely one of my highest rated albums this year. A great mix of melody yet still heavy. If you heard these guys on the radio you might very easily confuse them with Soilwork... They have a definite link with all the prominent keyboards, heavy guitars, and with Bjorn's vocals adding the straw that breaks the camel's back. Definitely add this one to your want lists. I hope our Italian neighbours decide to visit us here in Spain soon!
